I wondered if you could help Brandon edit his comments from last time and add in a few more details. I am not sure if he was able to do the learning inventory. If he did he can just all another reply and explain what he found out. If he didn’t, he could do that- the link is under my name. Try to encourage him to read the questions carefully before he answers.
I have inserted this video I was talking about that day about the young girl with asperger syndrome. It isn’t that long, but kind of interesting. Let me know what you think.

In my family is my husband William. My four children Maria, Michelle, David and Nicole and my grand daughter Natalie.
The things I like to do spend time with my family, read and go to the beach in the summer.
When I grow up I would like to be a Counsellor.
What makes me happy is when I see my kids enjoy each other. This makes me happy because it makes me feel like they are friends and that I have taught them something right.
What makes me mad is when people accuse me of something I never did. This makes me mad because I hate injustice and sometimes I feel helpless.
If I could do anything right now it would be to take my whole family on a vacation.

I would like him to use this activity to try to get out some of his positive and negative feelings about going to the Comp, so we can get talking about them.
I made a sample that you both can look at-it is under the tools page.
Could you please help him brainstorm for some ideas, especially if he gets stuck. I would like him to write down, in point form, on scrap paper at least 4 things he is worried about and 4 things he is looking forward to. Once he has his points down, I would like him to stop there for this week. I would like to be here to help him with the tool he will be using.
For the rest of the class, depending on how much time you have you both can start watching the 3 part video called, “My Crazy Life.” It is posted in the student video folder and the EA video folder. There should be two pairs of headphones in there to use.
