Brandon,
1. I would like you to go back in and edit this post to make your answers in complete sentences. Can you give me a bit of description, by adding in a few reasons why? For example: what do you think might make you a millionaire? Why do those things make you happy?
2. When you are done, you can go to the learning styles link that you will find on my page. Try to really think about your answers and see what you come up with. Does that style make sense to you? Do you think that that your learning style will help you with a future career? Do you think that knowing your learning style helps you to learn in school?
I really want to tell you how well you have been doing in school lately. I am very proud of the way you are trying to be independent and you are working hard to show us that you can handle it. Keep working hard!

Hi Brandon,
I am going to get you to do something different today. I would like you to start creating a video at xtranormal.com. You will need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to the tools page and check out my video. It is about some the things that you might worry about when you think about high school and some of the things you might look forward to.
2. Use a piece of scrap paper and brainstorm for at least 4 things that you might be worried about when you think of going to the Comp next year and at least 4 things you look forward to. You need to have a plan before you start.
Ask Mrs. Sinclair to help you come up with some ideas if you get stuck.
3. Since I am not here today, I would like you to wait until next day 1 to make the actual video when I can help you. Please go to the student video page and watch part 1,2 and, depending on how much time you have, part 3 of the video called “My Crazy Life.” Let me know what you think. You will need to use the headphones.
4. Use the link on the tools page to take you to xtranormal and login using a user name and password that I will give you.
5. The first thing you need to do is choose your character and your back ground.
6. Once you do that, you will pretend you are the character and so you talk in the first person point of view just like I did.

Explain the things you might be worried about
Explain the things you are looking forward to
Think about actions, facial expressions and sound affects and put them in where you want them
Add background music
When you are satisfied you can publish it, but you probably won’t be able to get it done in one class, so just save your work and you can come back to it when you get a chance again.
Please come and get me if you get stuck, I will be happy to help you. Have fun creating and think about your finished product. We will upload it to YouTube when you are finished.

If you have troubles, just let me know and I will give you a hand. You may have to use my computer because it has a higher level of flash. Don’t be afraid to experiment with it, you won’t hurt anything.
